Men's Ministry

Mission Statement:

To provide opportunities for the men of GCC to come together to learn, teach, exhort and pray with one another.
Our call as people of God is to be obedient. The Gospel often tells us of Jesus going away to various places to pray.
If the Creator of the universe needed to pray, should we not also follow His example?

Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to,
“...acknowledge Him in all our ways.”

I Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to, “...pray without ceasing.”

Ephesians 6:18, Philippians 4:6-7 and Colossians 4:2 command us to pray.

In order to be God-fearing men, we need to be pray-ers.

Activities with which you can get involved:

Men's Table Talk meets the third Saturday of the month in our cafeteria.

II Chronicles 7:14 also reminds us of our need to repent and seek the Lord.

In John 15:5 Jesus tells us:
“I am the vine; you are the branches.
I f a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit;
apart from me you can do nothing.”
